Despite reading these books in 'backwards' order so far, as Ice Cold was the first one I picked up (I do plan on fixing that after this one...) these books are amazing.
This story was both as interesting as it was chilling, and superbly written for that matter. Just when I thought I had it figured, there was a twist and a change, and then another right until the end. I love when books can keep me guessing like this without going off kilter and throwing the whole story. This was a delighful, albeit chill-bump inducing, web of a story. I am now a serious Tess Gerritsen fan, and cannot wait to read the rest of her books!

This was a good book for me to read. I learned things. I learned that I do not care for police procedural. I learned that I prefer books with characters who get along with each other. And I learned that I really ought to avoid books with details on autopsies. And detailed descriptions of mutilated murder victims. As far as the writing, it was well done. An enjoyable read, but not one I will be likely to revisit.

This was possibly the hardest one to get through out of all the books. Glad i did because there was lord of twists and turns. Here’s to the next!

This was fun - I do kind of wish I had read the first five books before this one - and I might even go back to read all of them. Good fun thriller detective novel.

This was a fast read - a page turner. There was some anthroplogical detail that was fascinating. Good murder mystery,
