omg seiko noooo crying face emoji. This rep is not exactly what we are looking for but seeing it through the perspective of early 2000s it is argueably ok (but I am not the person who decides that so do not listen to me- listen to the thoughts of the people in the community)

otani you should be more concerned like Risa. otani j makes me mad

risa babe you dont have to do anything you dont want to do fr just try to communicate a bit more crying face emoji

why did the mangaka do that to this poor young man oml

im calling it right now the series is going to end with them calling eachother their first names

the fatphobia crying face emoji

I'll say that it is back on the upswing, hopefully the last two volumes will keep up this trend.

This volume was mostly filler. The overall story didn't progress much. It's wacky and cute, though, which is what I've come to expect from Love Com.

Possibly my least favourite volume, the steam was kinda gone at this point. No overarching plot, more like short stories. The Seiko one particularly annoyed me, - her entire character depiction is very conflicting, - I tried real hard to write it off as a product of its time. Even the jokes were rather scarce and didn't quite make up for the lack of interesting plot. Love this series to bits - but boy, did some parts age poorly...

(I might be rather generous with my rating, I am blinded by love)
