Stuff some of us already know but it’s always good to hear it. 

I feel some level of disappointment with this book. I've loved all of Nedra's books and use what I've learned daily from them. This book felt incredibly simple (which isn't necessarily bad) but I was hoping for something more. I love Nedra's Instagram posts which mimic this book, but I feel those hit harder than the book. I can see how this book would be incredibly helpful for a ton of people, but I'd say only about 10% of this book felt connective to me.

Really short and sweet recommendations for all manner of life's challenges. Advice was thoughtful, but it jumped all over. I would have appreciated a more clear thread tying it all together.

Nedra did such an incredible job of helping walk the reader thru different real life situations — and finding ways out of the anxiety ball and into peace. Great book.
