Only Everything is an easy, breezy fun summer read. In Kieran Scott's tale of the lower goddess Eros (aka Cupid) is banished to Earth after the mighty Zeus discovers she has a mortal boyfriend, Orion, whom she plucked down from the sky. In order to make it back up to Mt. Olympus and reunite with her love, Eros (who goes by the name True on Earth) must match up three teenage couples -- without her powers to help her. While Scott's story doesn't tread much new ground -- and has many predictable elements -- her writing is clever and fast-paced. This book is a real page turner and a great light read for summer. If you're looking for some summer fun and romance, this is a good choice.

This was a fun read! True's personal romance seemed idiotic, but all the other relationships in the book were believable and well fleshed out. The premise was interesting too. Looking forward to the next in the series.
medium-paced
I'll admit. I was a little nervous about this one because I'm not up on my Greek mythology but it was charming, funny, sweet, and also balanced some serious plotlines: aggressive boyfriends, pleasing parents, fitting in, and more.
I was hooked from the first chapter, and barely put it down before I finished. Can't wait for Book 2. Full review to come super soon!

True love is formed on more than physical attraction. It is a connection of mind, body, and soul. An appreciation for the unique qualities each person can find in no one else on Earth, and an ability to fulfill each other’s needs in a way that no one else can.
I never knew that cupid/eros was a girl. This definitely is a new twist. Eventhough I was confused at first because of the many characters eagerly introduced at the succeeding chapters. I really enjoyed the book. Both Eros and Orion's story and Katrina and Charlie's are worth if swooning. And with the new challenge Zeus has sent our beloved goddess, I would eagerly wait for the next book in this series.

I couldn’t wait to start reading Only Everything by Kieran Scott. I had read her ‘He’s So/She’s So’ series a while back, and really enjoyed the series. With Only Everything having Greek mythology involved, I was super excited to see what kind of story Scott had created for us. This book is the beginning of a wonderful series!
The story is about Eros, also known as Cupid, who is banished to Earth after defying the almighty Zeus for falling in love with Orion. The only thing that can get her back to Olympus is to make three couples fall in love, without using her powers. With a plan in mind, she starts high school under the name of True Olympia, and sets out to find three couples to make fall in love, so that she can return to Olympus and her beloved Orion.
Before losing her powers and being cast down to earth, True had no problem making people fall in love. It was easy for her, all she had to do was listen to a person’s hopes and dreams, and she could easily find a match. But now that she’s powerless, it’s not quite as easy as she expected. After many failed match-making attempts, True starts to wonder if she is going to be stuck on Earth forever, but with a little help, she may just be able to find her way back to Olympus after all. I found a lot of True’s attempts at living on Earth to be pretty funny, and it took her a while to catch on to everything. When she wasn’t rushing to make people fall in love, we get to see a side of True that is very kind and caring. I really enjoyed this side of True the most.
The first couple in the story that True tries to help fall in love are Charlie and Katrina. Charlie is a band nerd who loves music, but has never been part of the popular crowd. At his new school, he’s befriended by the jocks, and even joins the cross country team at school. Katrina is a smart girl who is struggling after the passing of her father. She’s trying to get back on track with her grades and actually make something of herself, but it’s hard when it feels like everything is against you. Both of these characters were just really great people. While there were some moments in the novel that really made me want to grab them and shake some sense into them, I still really enjoyed watching this relationship slowly come together. It was very sweet.
The storyline for this book was super creative. I’ve read quite a few books dealing with Greek mythology, but none that have dealt with Eros/Cupid at all. I enjoyed the reading the history of Eros, and I’m super curious now to know more. The ending of the book had me almost squealing, and now I’m impatiently waiting to get my hands on the second book to see what’s going to happen for True!
Overall, I really enjoyed reading this book! It was a cute read, and I can’t wait to see what’s going to happen in the next installment, Complete Nothing, due out in September!
Happy Reading!

Eros has finally found her true love in Orion but her father, Ares, has a bit of a problem with their relationship. You know, what with Orion being a mortal and all. When Ares takes Orion to Zeus, Eros and her mother, Aphrodite, follow and get banished to Earth as punishment. Eros has a limited amount of time to make three true love connections on Earth, all without using her godly powers. Only then will she be allowed to return home to Mount Olympus... and Orion.
In trying to figure out the best and easiest place to make three quick love connections so she can return home to Orion, Eros, codename True Olympus, decides to enroll in high school. Nothing goes according to plan. She's less than thrilled with life on Earth for a number of reasons. First, and most obviously, is that she misses the love of her life. Secondly, there are so many rules and constricting clothing and strange electronic devices keeping people from making a connection with the people they're with. She's not exactly accepted at school because of her odd behavior and strange sense of fashion, but she does make a couple friends. Without her powers, True is at a loss and has to figure out how to be observant and read people's actions and words. This matchmaking business on Earth is a lot harder without her powers, that's for sure, and her fumbling results in several mismatches.
While I couldn't help but like True and enjoy watching her try to adapt to life on Earth and get back to her own true love, the real standouts for me in this story were Charlie and Katrina. Charlie was one of True's first friends on Earth. He too is new to the school. He's far more interested in music than sports, but finds himself bowing to peer pressure and joining the track team at the urging of his new, popular friends. He has to fit the mold, after all. Katrina is one of the first people True observes at her new school. She seems smart and shy and has a boyfriend who seems like a real creep. She clearly deserves to be treated better than how Ty treats her. I saw Charlie and Katrina as an obvious choice for a pairing, but it takes True a little longer to reach the same conclusion. With the help of Hephaestus (aka Heath), she sets off to right her wrongs and help these two characters find love.
The beginning of Only Everything grabbed me immediately. I enjoy retellings based in mythology. I thought the book started to drag a little once True was banished, but I couldn't stop reading and I'm glad I didn't. Instead, the book picked up speed and I was hopelessly hooked, reading it from cover to cover in one sitting. The characters were likable and neither they nor the plot were entirely predictable. There were some great funny moments that had me laughing. I enjoyed reading True's flashbacks about her time with Orion. Only Everything wasn't overly romantic, but had some very sweet scenes, particularly in True's flashbacks, that I thoroughly enjoyed. I can't wait for the sequel. Seriously. The cliffhanger at the end? How am I supposed to wait until September to find out what happens?

i remember the first one being really really good but im gonna re read the whole series and see
This is a book I have read four or five times, and enjoy every time. It's an interesting take on Greek mythology in the modern world, with interesting, endearing characters that are well fleshed out. The plot is well paced and exciting, and I love True. A five star read.

This was a fun reread. True can be a bit irritating at times, but she's always entertaining, and Charlie and Katrina more than balance her out. I love those two, they're super cute. 4 stars.
