I want to start this review with the fact that I've been reading the Women's Murder Club books for about 12 years. I've grown to love the friendship these women share and the dynamics between the characters.
With that, I do not enjoy Lindsay Boxer as a cop. She is the stereotypical cop who tends to use unnecessary force. That tends to take me out of the story and makes me re-evaluate why I keep reading these books.
