Terry Bolryder delivers another fantastic layer to her world of shifters with this new series! Tristan is not your typical Dragon Shifter. You'll enjoy getting to know about him and his twin in this fun and entertaining new book.
Girl finds trouble in a dark alley and is saved by a dragon with a secret...
This shifter novel was so unique in its dragon lore and rules. The "double dragons", dragon hearts, and Oracle were all aspects I've yet to encounter in other novels, and it was a nice change in pace. I do have to say the ending conflict ended a little too easily for my taste, especially Xander just walking off with the others like they're best friends. Overall it was a unique spin on the shifter tale with great characters who were simply looking for acceptance and peace.

Not a fan of romance but the idea of dragon shifters is interesting.

First book in the Forgotten Dragons series.
Twin Dragons, Tristan and Xander have been outcasts all their lives, and so they have moved from place and kept hidden, until now when Tristan runs into Kelsie and knows that she is his mate. Now to wow her and slowly introduce her to the world of dragons.
Author Terry Bolryder is a genius at animal/shifter novels and Dragons are one that she focuses on. This series actually follows the Bad Dragons Series, although you don't see any of the characters from that series, they are mentioned in the book and so it is evident that this series comes after it.

61% DNF I should have stopped reading much much earlier. The whole start just fell completely flat. Given the genre I was expecting an Alpha and I definitely did not get one. I was trying to figure out the rules of the world but the author was intentionally stringing you along revealing everything very slowly and in the end I realized I just didn’t care.
This was probably my favourite from the past few days of reading shifter romances.
I liked the hero. The heroine was too quirky or trying too hard anyway. The hero was interesting and I enjoyed the character.
Their romance was interesting but it ended too quick without a full ending so was sort of disappointing.

It was a fun story but I was distracted a couple of times when the wrong character name was used.
First in a new series. Tristan & his brother are twins on the run from the Oracle & other dragons. Their parents abandoned them because they were twins & therefor couldn't form a pair with another color (in a group of 6, it's how the dragons in this world operate). They run whenever they encounter other dragons because the other dragons are hostile & threaten them with the Oracle. Kelsey's arrival in Tristan's life (he saves her from some shifters) brings change to the dynamic.
Decent story, I look forward to the next one.

Ah the disappointment.
This is the story of Kelsie, who loves art and is trying to find unseen pieces of a famous street artist to photograph before anyone else when she coles accross trouble and is saved by Tristan. He leaves her after saving her vecause he cannot be seen or interact with humans. Tristan is a dragon shifter (the shifter community is a secret), but he is a dragon shifter on the run from other dragon shifters.
The beginning of the book is great. You can see all the twists from miles away but it's still a nice read. Then things just start of 1) make no sense or 2) be boring.
Kelsie has a job, as a waitress but she never actuall works? Tristan is a huge human but disguises thanks to a beard? (Like why not grow one?) We never even get the oracle scene?
Yeah it was boring and predictable and I'm sad
