I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily. This was my first time reading a book from this author and it was short and sweet!
Rebecca is out to celebrate with her friends after a successful job interview when she runs into Logan, a famous NFL QB. The two hit it off and the next morning, she, unfortunately, runs into his sister who interviewed her. To make the situation seem better she pretends that she and Logan are dating!
This book was cliché with instalove, nevertheless very cute and a fun read!

This was my first time reading this author, and I must say, I'm impressed! I loved the writing style, it was fast-paced, light to follow and funny.
The plot: Rebecca just aced her first interview and is now celebrating being one step closer to her dream job. Next thing she knows, she is in NFL-star quarterback Logan Barnes's bed, her one-night stand. But, as she attempts to sneak out of Logan's apartment, Becs runs into his sister Jenna, the very woman who *gasp* interviewed for the job.
Flustered and panicking, Rebecca tells Jenna that Logan and her are dating, and pleads with Logan to play her fake boyfriend for a few days, just until she hears if she got the job. But when their chemistry drives them closer and closer, can Becs and Logan figure out what’s fake… and what could possibly be real?
I loved that the story is told by both main characters POV. I could very well identify with the heroine, and Logan is so funny and sweet - book boyfriend alert!
I also loved getting to see their relationship evolve and Becs' character growing through the book.
All in all, I can absolutely recommend this book - and I'll definitely be reading more from Ivy Hunt!
