I love this series of picture books that take something that most people wouldn't want to read about, such as the mosquito in this case, and give interesting facts about them.
Cute, and informative book.
Thanks to Netgalley for making this book available for an honest review.

This cute book gives the spotlight to a bug with a bad name. Children who enjoyed The Fly or "grossest/creepiest" type books will have fun with this while learning something. I would especially recommend for elementary level reluctant readers.
The drawings are fun but the humor isn't my style, and there isn't an incredible amount of content. I will likely purchase a copy of this as a high interest title, but it isn't my favorite.
I received an advance digital copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

If you ever wanted to learn about the mosquito, this book is for you!
This is a cute, little non-fiction picture book for kids about those pesky little bugs that like to chomp on us! Her name is Skeeter, by the way. I think this is a delightful little way to talk about mosquitos and probably would have helped me understand what these bugs were when I was little. It's packed tight with lots of info and fun pictures to make all of the learning engaging and fun.
Three out of five stars.
Thank you to NetGalley, Tundra Books and Penguin Random House Canada for providing me a free copy of this book in exchange of an honest review.

An amusing book that teaches all you need to know about mosquitoes in a fun, cute way. The text gives us interesting facts about the mosquito, and the illustrations give us a giggle while we learn. Kids will enjoy this- I certainly did!

I requested and received an e-ARC of this book from Elsie Gravel and Penguin Random House Canada through NetGalley in exchange for my honest review.
This was a fun, informative book about mosquitoes, not that anyone likes mosquitoes, but now you will know more about them. The illustrations were fun and simple.

Not the biggest Elise Gravel fan, mostly one hit / one miss for me. This one was a miss. Typical art from the author but, not that the book was bad, but I never really was a fan of those documentary/informative book mixed with light humor. Just not my style!
