This book was pretty unnecessary but honestly I liked having it as a refresher. If you don’t want to have to re-read read the entire series before moving on the her newest book, this is very helpful. I hadn’t read the series since last year and honestly forgot most of what happened and I found this super helpful! It gets incredibly repetitive but I honestly skimmed a lot of parts and only read what I felt like was important. The visuals were great and I loved getting snippets of the diary!

Miss Willa was like a sexy Lady Whistledown. I appreciate the book for having a place to remind yourself of the story faster. It does get a little repetitious. I would have loved a few more easter eggs when retelling the first book plot. I think it would have made it more captivating.
I enjoyed the Willia adventures. I was dying for a Nyktos POV so THANK YOU.

I am excited to continue the story!

It was cool to hear some of the additional background, but definitely a slow read.

So I think if you took a big break after reading the first chunk of books and needed a refresher this book makes sense. But if you are like me and are binging all the book this is definitely a skip in the series. However if while you are reading the other book and need background on a character or anything else you could find in this book. So I’m giving it one star because I wish I would have known this so I could have skipped and just started reading the next book!

It was a good refresher for the series. A little repetitive and not a necessary read in my opinion.

2/2 o 4/10

Good for a good recap and deeper understanding of the world.

Nothing groundbreaking it's just a companion guide of everything that's happened in the prequel and current series so far. It was fun but not worth more than three stars in my opinion
