I hate Sloane and Dorian's entire relationship. Bow is amazing. Bru needs to wake up.
Multiple plot holes and grammatical mistakes, characters flipping between narratives within chapters, this isn't a good series. I don't connect with these characters at all.

I liked the relationship that was being explored with Wolf and Sloane. It was really wholesome and sweet to witness. I wish we could witness more of those slow types of moments between Sloane and Dorian because there didn’t seem like any. And if they did it went straight to sex which just ruined all the slow moments.

Also, how could Slone be so dumb as not to read body language when Dorian met Callum and nots see what was immediately wrong.

Again, I think so many of the plot points are stupid and the characters are also dumb but I’ll still be reading the third book cuz I need to know what happens even though I might not like the process.

There’s quite a bit of twists in this story. I like it. It’s interesting. The FMC keeps frustrating me, but I understand her hesitance in caving into the MMC.

I like the other characters in the story as well. Looking forward to seeing how it all wraps up.

Ok, can I first tell you, I thought this book was a duet? It is NOT a duet. I repeat, it is NOT a duet! Eden is going to rip your heart out, just like she already did with mine, with a cliffhanger that will have you screaming for book three! What I noticed most with my first Eden O’Neil book was her ability to write characters that completely suck you in, even the ones that require intense redemption arcs in order to remotely relate to them. This book is a prime example of that ability that continues to impress me with each book of hers I read! The other thing that stands out in this book, and its predecessor, is the depth of the plot. Eden will have you guessing and emotional, as she takes you through the twisted journey of Sloane and Dorian’s story. Get ready for your book hangover and the salivating for book three to commence!

This series really picks up in this book! I had my suspicions about the plot twist but it wasn’t glaringly obvious unless you were intentionally searching for hints. Excited to see where this storyline goes!
