It really felt like... the person who wrote this book just read a wikipedia page about the characters and was not the person who wrote the previous two books? Max just became a weird straw feminist with "sexist pig" as her catchphrase? The longer the book went on, the more frustrated I got with all of them.

This was good! It seems to end on a good note but there are like 6 or so more books in the series and I forgot what happens in the rest of the books
