Season 1: (Chapters 1-47)
Storyline: One hundred years after the death of Martina, the legendary woman who became the founder of the empire, is reincarnated as Astina- a Noble lady living with her wealthy family.
While Astina remembers her past life, she also enjoys her new peaceful daily life with her older sister-but keeps in mind the harsh lessons she learned, and her past experiences. However, because of his father's sudden bankruptcy, Astina's older sister is sold to Grand Duke Theriod.
Rumors of the dangerous house have spread amongst the nobility, and stories that the Grand Duke is in the form of a beast are also prevalent. Is her sister going to her death by marrying the Grand Duke? If so Astina will take her place and kill the beast if need be.
Contrary to everyone's expectation that she will die overnight- everyone is surprised when she overpowers the monster Theriod with her fancy swordsmanship, and he begins to be tamed as a pet instead.
Then one night with beautiful moonlight, Theriod, who is briefly kissed by Astina becomes human once again....

I don't really read a lot of graphic novels but this one got me pretty hooked. I mostly love the characters especially the MC and the beast because I feel like they compliment each other so much and their scenes are just *chef's kiss.*
The only thing that I'm scared to encounter for the next seasons is probably the chance of introducing unecessary characters just to make the story longer. Nonetheless, I will still be binge reading this because I am loving where the story is going so far.

One of my favorite webtoons of all time. The main character is independent, powerful without being overbearing, and contrasts the love interest well. The author also spins the beauty and beast trope very well to Eastern audiences, and the political dynamics between the duchy and the other aristocrats are well-developed and displayed.
