I wanted more about the cats and their secret communes of meeting in the abandoned theater. Not whatever this mess was. I read it... but I still couldn't tell you what it was about.

There were a couple of instances where I wanted to shut this book off, and I know that I probably should have sooner. But once they joked about sexual assault that was it for me. That is nothing to joke about even if the character is despicable. It's horrible and gross and detrimental to people reading this book.

Don't bother reading this book. It was slow as hell to begin with and not that interesting. I mainly was listening because I started it and wanted to finish it and see where it went, but now I will not be finishing it nor will I be reading anything else from Owen King.
