I could not. This was so poorly written, and the format of short stories smooshed together didn't work for me. I couldn't picture a god damn thing because the book is 95% dialogue and I wasn't invested in anything.
I read some reviews to get an idea of the what I'd be missing and honestly, reviewer summaries were more interesting than this book as a whole lol!
I also think the idea is cool (in terms of universe) but since this was one of the last EU books before Disney took over, it feels irrelevant even though I am here for the pre-Disney SW universe.
Anyway, don't bother reading this unless you like dry dialogue, horribly poorly written characters (especially the women) and no emotional impact of plot (what plot?) whatsoever.

This is a good story that follows a group of Sith as we see them "conquer" and shape a world after a crash landing. It's an interesting branch of history that is entirely separate from many of the major events of this universe, but there is still connection to the greater timeline, and it is an interesting look at how the ambitions of one people can entirely alter the lives and deaths of a world.

Although I wasn't very excited about the Lost Tribe aspect of the current era "Fate of the Jedi" series, I really enjoyed these short stories showing their history.

DNF. Tried several times and ultimately gave up. I personally don't enjoy the writing style and I realized I am not into the short story format in general.

Lost Tribe of the Sith rocks.
Love seeing a pretty contained story within Star Wars that is also sprawling and complex. The way this story is crafted to occur over the course of thousands of years is just excellent. My favorite Legends entry so far.

The events were interesting, the writing was solid enough, and though written as an anthology or a compilation of short stories, it didn't grab my interest as much. I wanted to get deeper into the results of what happened here.
Looking forward to Revan next.
