Short version: A strange, if good short story. I finished it in 15 minutes. An interesting ending, Agatha Christie never disappoints.
Long version: I have yet to read.

This contains a dozen or so of Christie's short stories. I found it quite lovely seeing the amount of information that could be contained within the few pages dedicated to each story. There were multiple times when I thought things jumped too much within the story in order to manage the events to play out the end of the story quickly or shortly, I still found them interesting.

Read/Rating ONLY the story The Witness for the Prosecution (oddly, can't find a one-story edition of just the title!). Reading as it will be an upcoming adaptation.
Quite enjoyed the story, had a different pacing/thread than I expected. Enjoyed all the drama, and how the story peels away scene after scene. Very enjoyable read.

The first short story, Witness for the Prosecution, is the best story I've read so far. The rest pale in comparison and the collection overall is mediocre.

A very amusing collection of stories. I wish that the Poirot story had not been included, simply because it didn’t quite fit with the nature of the others. But. As a whole, the stories were clever. Not necessarily memorable, but enjoyable all the same.
