This one had a bit of a problem of cutting away from action to explain what was going on. Like I get it, we're talking about internal body structure here, but this is a comic show me don't tell me

Some more exciting matchups, some funny ones, some that are just right, and some that are meant to make you mad! Also the Konoha sensei-tachi are all my favorite. <3

This penultimate volume of the Chunin Exams Preliminaries arc is so good! It really feels like the story has found its groove here and all the characters just really come to life. It’s really impressive just how many different characters are being juggled in this story at this point and they all feel like real characters. But also, this is not yet peak Naruto. That comes in the next volume.
