Wildcat

This is more in line with what I expected for book 3. It's super charged and had me hating London and the Sons one minute and rooting for them the next. And it ends on a cliffhanger! Not the Christmas present I was looking forward to.... Grrr.... (I'm complaining, but still loved it!)

I gave in to the force and melting into that demanding hunger.
-- Vivienne

It is not a book that's easy to look away from. The action is sharp and constant - sometimes in violence, sometimes in eroticism, sometimes in both. I'm not sure how their story turned me off and turned me on at the same time, but [a:Atlas Rose|19227365|Atlas Rose|https://images.gr-assets.com/authors/1661791372p2/19227365.jpg] (AK) managed to have me on that edge for most of the time.

"Stay low and move fast."
-- Carven

If you're looking for a standalone, this really isn't it. In a lot of ways, it is as the focus is on Vivienne, London, and the Sons, Carven and Colt. To truly appreciate many of the pieces, you need to read or listen to Ryth's trilogy. Also, this is NOT a sweet book. It's very dark with plenty of warnings to heed.

I received an author's copy of the audio book. The narrators are Ana Cole and Orcus Auditory (Jack Calihan?). I like them both and I can't wait for the next book!

This book picked up right where the last one ended. The story was amazing, as always, and the narrators brought the suspense, terror, and all of the other emotions out in ways that hit different. I sincerely hope Orcus Auditory and Ana Cole narrate the next book.

God these books have an absolute chokehold on me. I read this book in 7 hours and I don’t regret a single second of it. The switch from Ryth to Vivienne was a breath of fresh air in the best way. I love the fire that Viv has. She is so an intoxicating female lead. I wanted to hate London, Colt, and Carver but by the end of the book I was head over heals. Such a difference between Ryth and Viv’s boys in the best way. This book was incredible from the start but the last few chapters were when I was truly on the edge of my seat. No one loves a man willing to kill for a woman he loves more than I do. I cannot wait for the next book to be released. A.K. you’ve done it once again.
