It’s really hard to rate graphic novels and manga, so I rate based upon enjoyment and I really liked this one. It’s my favourite so far in the series.

Shimana's crush is annoying, but otherwise I enjoy these characters.

This is getting annoying. She is literally falling in love with everyone but Zen. She is constantly happy then crying. Honestly sucks

The story’s progression isn’t going well for my taste on this volume.

Shimana moving on from one unrequited love to another doesn’t do her much favors other than rejection and bringing awkward tension on the household.

Let’s not forget her stubbornness in considering herself as an adult despite how she’s still in her teens. I find it pretentious to hear from someone who can’t even deal with conflict properly.

Zen isn’t off the hook either as he’s simply been lying to himself this entire time for his one-sided love. Instead of being supportive, he insists he isn’t going to give up his feelings even though Shimana’s already made her stand clear from the beginning.

As for Asahi’s big brother moment to Taiga? It was so random, I don’t know what to make out of it.

I’ll see to it to read the rest of this manga for the sake of connecting the pieces together soon.

I'm actually not sure what it is about this one, but I connected with it more than I have with most of the other volumes. The characters are engaging, the plot intriguing and even poignant at times; so despite my heartbreak for Zen and my discomfort with Shimana's fixation on Taiga, it's a pretty solid installment. Also, Asahi seems to be coming back into the foreground of the story, and I am here for it.

When I think I can't possibly fall more in love with this manga series I do! This manga is such a cute and sweet romance manga but it also has great themes lying underneath. It talks about love and friendship and what it means to have a dream and fall in love. I love this because it's like a breath of fresh air. It approaches every subject in a cute and funny way and I love that about this manga. It's also super adorable and I especially love the find Poko the Corgi game that is included in this. I love this manga so much and I can't wait to continue on!

I feel like the manga is aiming for unnecessary drama, complicated relationships and family times just because...!
