“I doubted if anyone else had ever belonged to another person as much as I belonged to him in that moment.”

I’m still wondering what in the living I got myself into… loving this mess.

WZRD, Desire - Teleport 2 Me, Jamie

“Because no matter how tempting a prospect it may be, stealing an unbuffered glimpse into a person’s soul is never a good thing.” // “Somebody’s messing with what’s mine, that’s all. I’m going to take care of it.” …

This MIGHT be the hottest book I've ever read. Maybe not the spiciest (although, the spice is SPICY), but the tension of the in-between moments are just so, so good. AND, we get Kage's POV for the first time! Everyone sees him as this killing machine, but from his perspective we learn that he's so, so soft for Jamie and would do anything for him.

Loved this, although the guys were apart far too much for my liking. After the events of the first book, Kage is off at his training camp, and Jamie is first dealing with his mom in the hospital, and then desperately trying to figure out how to get Kage back. It takes awhile, and almost ends in disaster, but Jamie finally succeeds.
I was really surprised with how much I loved Jamie's dad in this one! He went from uncomfortable with his son being with a man, to being really uncomfortable with that man being a man like Kage, and then, finally, ready to kick Kage's ass for breaking his son's heart, which I thought was awesome.
I actually read books 2-3 totally back to back, past the crack of dawn, so now they are starting to blend together for me. I'll just end this by saying I didn't think I'd love this series as much as I did. Kage's domineering ways were a bit too much at ti mes, and I didn't like how he treated Jame when they first got back together, but he had his reasons.

*Spoiler Alert* Was this the one with the fake engagement?! I'm in the middle of book 3 and I can't remember, but that really irritated me along with Jamie for trying to make Kage jealous. I know he's young, but seriously?! You can't be that stupid!
