This was my first Colleen Hoover book and oh my gosh my heart. I’m glad there was a HEA after that because Auburn and Owen deserved it after everything. I don’t know if I’m cut out for Books this emotional and sad. It was a great book but I don’t think I’ll ever be in the headspace to read something this gut wrenching.

So close to 5 stars. Has the coho vibes but wasn’t as impactful as “ugly love” and the mc annoyed me at times. Love this book but it’s missing that extra 0.25% coho. I think my expectations were too high so it just missed the mark.

I WILL RECOMMEND THIS BOOK TILL THE DAY I DIE! I don't know how the hell Colleen does it but she put me through the 5 stages of grief the WHOLE book. You will be rooting for the characters the whole time and it really makes you feel everything that they're feeling. It saddens me that this book isn't talked about enough because in my opinion it truly is one of her best. There are little things to take into thought before reading this like teen pregnancy, drug abuse, and physical abuse but besides that its amazing [as i've been repeating this whole review] And for anyone thinking about reading this and wanting to know if its a happy or sad end just know it has a happy ending but it will still leave you in tears, and I say that as I am writing this sobbing lol. Lastly, for those of you who like a little spoiler here is probably the best quote from the book...
"She's like a light, unwittingly brightening up the darkest corners of a man's soul."

Colleen fucking Hoover does it again. This book is not what I was expecting it to me. The constant wondering of how owen knows autumn is so captivating. The story is sad and beautiful and comes full circle right at the very end. Loved this book!!!

Colleen Hoover has don’t it again folks, she broke my heart. I loved this book, I loved Auburn & Owen so much. This book was beautifully written, Colleens writing style is just *chefs kiss* I loved the full circle moment, the connections, and the surprising twists — I’m convinced Colleen Hoover doesn’t know how to write a bad book.
