Alright, we’re getting there—lord I hope this last book isn’t a giant disappointment.

I picked up The Snow by Flint Maxwell without realizing that it was the start of a series, and then devoured the entire series! With five books in the series, they are all under 300 pages and are quick, easy reads.
It begins with Grady and his two best friends getting away for a weekend of grilling, drinking, and relaxing on the lake. But things change quickly when a huge blizzard quickly blankets the entire region. A summer snowstorm is super odd, but what's worse is what the snowstorm brought with it.
Each books has the group facing new challenges while learning more and more about the dangers that lie in the snow. The series is full of action, twist, and turns and I loved it. While I hadn't expected to be pulled into a series, I am so glad to have found this one.
