As a reader, I'm always wondering what happens after the happily ever after in romance stories. This story is what happens. Mateo and Lance have to deal with the aftermath of what happened. They grow and struggle and change. It isn't all roses and it isn't supposed to be. I loved this continuation of their story. I loved finding out what happens next. They have a family! I look forward to reading the two books back to back and experience their story all in one go.
