I loved learning of their backstory. It was the only real thing of substance in this entire book. I’m still in love with this idea for the book but I’m also not feeling much else. Beautiful artwork and concept.

I feel like this book could be so much more fun, but I'm still enjoying myself!

It's cute, but it felt like I was reading the first volume again, and was therefore feeling more annoyed than anything else. I don't think I'll be continuing with the series.

Wako confuses me. She is so persistent in keeping a distance from her own boyfriend in public that it is very frustrating as a reader. Tbh I don’t really get any sort of relationship vibe from them. She kind of treats Maguru more as a roommate/friend than a boyfriend
