As part of my HR inventory class, this was one of our textbooks. Great book for those in career transition.

I spent most of my time on the flower petal exercise. I laughed when I saw the section on determining your purpose - and yet, it was enough to unlock some ideas for me. Worth it!

Pretty useful book--gets you into specifics, with practical advice, rather than generalized motivational-speaker BS.

Some of the advice was really good, but I wish he'd gone a little more in-depth and provided more real life examples in his book. You have to treat this book like a workbook and do all of the exercises to get the full use out of it.

not bad. A novel approach to job hunting. It definitely doesn't waste your time which I appreciated.

This is an invaluable guide to getting the job that right's for you. I want to give this book to every single person in my life! We work for a majority of every day. Why not spend a few hours reading this book and doing the assignments to find out what job would make you happiest? And how to achieve it!

not too bad. not sure it leads to any epiphanies or revelations, but sure didn't hurt.
