Teasing people about there fears and phobias is not a "sneaky trick" that's bullying
Graphic: Bullying
The illustrations of the triangle and the square are slightly creepy but it makes the story more mysterious and intriguing. Triangle leaves his home to play a prank on Square and then Square gets back at him. Funny, creepy, and clever.
Hmm. Maybe I set too high standard for this book because of the hat series.

I love Mac Barnett. And I love Triangle and Square, who enjoy playing sneaky tricks on each other.
This is a funny and simple story that lends itself to many different directions for lessons to use it for-shapes, sizes, trickster tales, etc. It is on the 2x2 list this year and I can't wait to share it with my students
A simple, cute story that makes a great writing prompt.
Cute and fun! Not my favorite collaboration of theirs but could be a fun storytime book for the right group, and is definitely a good one for parents and kiddos.
