Yuck. Yuck. Yuck. I did not enjoy this book--- it was confusing, boring....and I felt NOTHING for DD.

Read: Don't. You need a female superhero? Pick up Ms. Marvel (the new release) or....anything else.

Finally finished this thing. I had been on a role till the last 10% and then I either didn't have time to read it or I didn't feel like picking it back up. Things got weird during this story. I liked most of the ending though I still hate not knowing who that woman in white is. I am kinda hoping it's the White Canary from the tv shows, lol.

While the story is not particularly strong, the art and colors are what really shine through. The music theme of this series allows for one of the coolest comic pages I've ever seen.

Bullet Review

I want SO BADLY to rate this higher but I can't.

Girl band saves the universe from an incomprehensible Not-Thing. Cue girl clashes.

I like Black Canary and all (and the art covers are awesome), but the entire time I read this I kept hearing the Jem and the Holograms theme song.

Note to comic writers: this is a VISUAL medium not AUDIO. If you feature a band, some of your story will get "lost in translation".
