This is not really about how to fight but how to effectively, mindfully, and caringly resolve conflicts.

underwhelming - I was expecting something more life changing, more revolutionary because of the way the people that recommended it "sold" it to me. Sadly I felt it was quite repetitive, and stating the obvious. I was waiting to be knocked off my seat, however it was far from that. Despite that, the author does indeed bring up important subjects such as "bad" seeds that we should not feed to be happy, anger that we should not respond to or on the contrary that we should welcome with a smile, consciousness, mindfulness. Thich Nhat Hanh reminds you to think of the other like a human being that is just as human as you are, to take into account their struggles and find a pathway to peace with yourself and thus with others.
