Once again Elle Thorpe delivers an amazing reverse harem story!! I was so interested in Vincent/Scythe’s story after reading about him in the Saint View Prison series. It was such a wild ride and there was a bit of everything in this story, honestly the title says it all. I've begun to expect epic conclusions to her story’s, and I wouldn't have it any other way. Bliss's growth over the story was amazing and I loved seeing that progression. Truly the boys are to thank for that. I LOVE dynamic with all 4 characters. The banter of all of them ganging up on Nash was hilarious. The stark contrast between Vincent and Scythe was perfect. The idea of Scythe being the person War was truly in love with while Bliss loves both was an interesting component that I think added to the story. The spice in this book delivered

“He pressed the small piece of plastic into my hand, and I stared down at it. So innocent-looking, until you realized what it was truly capable of. A little like me.”

What a way to end this trilogy. It also sets up another character’s series impeccably well. I loved the way Elle had her characters learn and adapt and didn’t let them rely on old behaviors and comfortable narratives. She also didn’t any of the characters completely change who they were at their core just helped them adapt to their lives and situations. These were fun quick reads with a great murder mystery and dark trope moments. Definitely worth the read.

*SPICY ERA LISTEN*

A smoldering and mysterious series with a satisfying conclusion! Scythe owns me. 🫠

PLOT:  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5

SPICE FREQUENCY: 🔋🔋🔋🔋🔋

*Note: I like how all of the Saint View series are connected. This trilogy ends on a cliffy with one of the side characters featured in the Rebel series!

🎙️ The audiobook is exceptionally good! Loving the duet narration.

*sigh* I don’t know why I keep coming back to Elle Thorpe’s trilogies. It’s always the same thing - the first two books are great, but by the third I want the story wrapped up so bad I start skipping around, even skipping over sex scenes! With this one I increased my listening speed at 50%, and at 80% I went looking for reviews with spoilers. There are big plot holes and situations with very unsatisfying conclusions. She could cut this book by 75%, then just make it a duet and still tell the same story.
