Very good realistic fiction for 3rd grade boys.

Benji gives this book 99 stars and says it's one of the best books he's read :)

This was a good read aloud is it brought up lots of discussion in our house. We will check out the next one in this series. I thought that the kids were very believable characters.

This book mentions fictitous Southern California city, but could be placed anywhere--except for the big bribe (I mean, treat) Disneyland. Good book on bullying with an interesting resolution.
