I thought this one, as far as "The Art of [movie]" books go, leaned a bit too heavily toward the nitty-gritty technical aspects of the designs. This isn't a bad thing - budding graphical designers could benefit greatly - but it just doesn't appeal to me very much. When I start reading about the decision over a whiteness-to-iris ratio in a character's eyes, I'm ready to skim over the text and just soak in the beautifully designed and detailed images instead.

This is the second artbook from a Dreamworks movie that I own.
As always, the art is GORGEOUS. You also have very fun facts about the making of the movie : concerning the plot, the characters' design and other things.
What I also like about those art books is that it shows again how much work they put into a film. And I feel very lucky to be able to witness such good art :)
