This book has a lot of potential but fell flat when every intense scene is interrupted by random facts about background characters that don't further the actual plot. Like at all. The concept of a werewolf that has just evolved along side us as humans is a fantastic idea. Why was in necessary for us the readers to know that the werewolves were fuckable/hot? Also, why make every women pretty much insufferable to help further the plot when there were so many better set ups in the narrative? I think if this was re-edited it could definitely go down as a good werewolf book but as it stands. It's on the lower end of the tier.
