OMG! I absolutely love this book!
So much drama and OH! how I cried! I think I was balling through the entire book.
* The cliff hanger at the end of book 2, where Ava (Aphrodite) tricked Kate into being kidnapped by Calliope (Hera) because Calliope (Hera) had Ava's (Aphrodite's) husband Nicholas (Hephaestus)((Thats a Mouthful)) was crazy! Unexpected and thank the clouds that the final book came out.
* Book starts 9 months into the future. Kate's been stuck with Kronos and Calliope (Hera) for the entire time. Kate is going to give birth! :O
* So much going on! Lots of hate towards some characters. Especially Walter (Zeus) because he's an egotistical, philandering bastard!!
* There's escape(s) and mistakes by EVERYONE and incredible amounts of crying by all characters. BUT DETERMINATION is the key. The gods keep fighting even though there was an easier solution. Again, Walter (Zeus) is an ass and that solution is not viable.
* Soooo lots more fighting! YAY (BOO!)
* SACRIFICE! Yes, that evil word! Kate loves to be a Martyr. That is her constant solution, but truly I can see that there is no other option for her. Henry messes her solution up (along with the council). Now Henry and the Baby are in trouble (instead of JUST Kate). Grrr... whatever... I smite THEE stupid Gods!
* Kate miraculously discovers a solution whilst hiding away! A solution that came out of nowhere because HOLY CRAP that's a very vague way to come up with that solution. Either way. DISTRACTION! It works and apparently has magical lock picking skills!
* She almost gets killed! He almost gets killed! Some gods DO get killed *cries* and then the Titan that promised to never fight comes out of nowhere and ends the battle with a little *poof* of her light magic (WTF?!). She didn't actually fight and WTF!!!! BUT it's okay, because I was crying so hard it didn't matter that this concept was totally back-assward!
* Happy-Sad endings and the end to this Trilogy. Hints are given for a new Trilogy in this world! Woot!
Must Read! and yes my grammar sucks, go away! *kisses*

I absolutely LOVE this series, another amazing whirlwind adventure. Dare I dream there may be more books in the future, oh I so hope so.

I just didn't like this book. I felt that most of the characters where whiney, and did not grow. I also felt that the ending was rushed... And the rest of the book was super slow and predictable... (Sigh) could have been a great book.

I wasn't sure how I would feel about this book. Goddess Interrupted left me disliking Kate. And I still dislike Kate. It seems like she always complaining, never doing anything. She fears going against her family's wishes even if she knows she would be doing the right thing. She also never pulled through with anything. She would threaten to do something and never actually do it even if her demands weren't met. She doesn't have any backbone.
There were three reasons I started reading and actually finished this book: Henry, his and Kate's child, and Ava. Henry is so loving, supportive, protective, and troubled. I've enjoyed him from the start. The end of Goddess Interrupted just about killed me, hearing that Kate was pregnant. I had to pick up The Goddess Inhereitance just to see what happened. Ava has been put into a difficult situation. Especially by her father, Walter. She must betray Kate not only to protect her husband from Calliope but because Walter has demanded she pretend to help Calliope to gain information. But part of pretending means Kate thinks she actually betrays her. I wish I could read Ava's POV.
The Goddess Inheritance was good but not very memorable.

It was good, and it kept my attention! But again, this was not written for me as I'm no longer than audience of any YA books really. I liked how Carter ended Kate's story and the world she built was great for young readers. Very nostalgic.
