When I heard what this book was about I was instantly motivated to take it out of the library. I started reading it and, well. I felt bored. The story was good, I must say, but is was so slow, it didn't catch me.

Es la primera vez que leo algo de Elena Poniatowska además llevo años detrás de este libro, finalmente pude tenerlo y lo leí en una hora, las páginas pasaban volando. Algunas cartas realmente me llegaron al alma, con cada palabra se podía sentir el amor y el dolor de Angelica al no recibir respuesta de Diego. Eso es lo que más me impresionó que con menos de 100 páginas, Poniatowska fue capaz de trasmitir tan delicadamente las emociones de Angelica.
