I can't say this one was my favorite, but I liked how you got see more of the inner dynamics of the vampire world. I found some of the story pretty predictable but enjoyable. I am intrigued enough to keep reading, but it is not something I can't put down. Nothing truly earth shattering new, nor is it tension filled "I can't wait to find out what happens next" but the series is enjoyable and light.

This one definitely moved more quickly than the last one. It really didn't feel like the tension let up from start to finish, and once again, the end left me wanting more and wanting to know what would happen next. I continue to enjoy Claire as the main character and like seeing how she's growing up. I will definitely be continuing the series!

I might be bias when it comes to this series as I first read it over 10 years ago and have re read it a number of times I couldn’t tell you what it is that makes me love these books so much but I really really do

This series is super cute and while it's not particularly amazing or anything, I can't stop reading them.

Honestly it made me feel really uncomfortable the whole 'Feast scence' was the worst and basically every time Ysandre was in a scene I felt so uncomfortable and not in a good way.
