This volume is two quite different stories in one. Bot that that's bad, things happen then other things happen, but it's also a "story" of two stories of varying quality. The Imperial assault in the first half is enjoyable, but feels much like the rescue/escape from A New Hope. The characterization is good and the writing is fine, but it's pretty dull as a whole. The second half on the other hand is both thrilling and interesting. The more relaxed and character-driven scenes are expertly written and the art createsgreat atmosphere and sunning scenes. The two stories bouncing around are both extremely interesting, and while neither is resolved, they're both exciting and do a great job of upping the stakes fo the next volume.

After having destoryed an important Imperial factory and narrowly escaping a run-in with Darth Vader, Luke returns to Tatooine in search of anything Ben Kenobi might have left him. Little does he know Darth Vader has hired the notorious bounty hunter Buba Fett to hunt him down.
Meanwhile, Leia and Han go in search for a new planet to base the Rebellion on. They have a surprise meeting too - with Stana Starros, Han's wife...
Has it really been 4 years since this comic book was first released? Crazy!
Anyway, I was just in the mood to re-read it. And... yeah. It's not... bad? I just don't find it as hypable as other readers who've reviewed this on here.
I would call it interesting, though: we learn how, that , and of course this story introduces the wonderful Stana Starros! Also, the art is pretty.

Excellent series of comics. Captures the tone and spirit of the original trilogy characters. Looking forward to the rest of this series; I think it will really flesh out some of our favorite characters.
