My current rating is based on the assumption that the information presented was valid - it certainly did seem like it, but it's quite a bit to just take for granted. After my confirmations, I'll be editing the review.

I read this shortly after watching the show MindHunters and they go so well together ! I love this topic and find it so interesting. the author began to lose me in the last quarter of the book; things were a little repetitive and a I thought the point had been made. still, it was a very entertaining audio book

Interesting look at the various types of psychopaths around us, what traits make them successful in certain endeavors, and the part they play in organized societies. Some are a little to recognizable (not talking about the murders, but the successful business people).

This could have been a very interesting article, but to flesh it out into a 240-page book really seems unnecessary. For every new piece of psychological information we're 'treated' to a dozen verbose and often implausible anecdotes.

Thought provoking and insightful. Definitely useful for my course and research into psychopaths.
