Tolstoy beautify illustrates war! But much different from the storytelling that we are used to hearing about the war nowadays. He shows both sides of the war, tell the story of people, their life, family, values, traditions, beliefs. He shows that in war, we are all still human. No one is entitled to take life from another human being. This is the timeless storytelling we need if we want less violence and less wars. Recommended for anyone, any soldier, any commander, any person.
