A tad boring but still interesting to read from different perspectives/lives.
This wasn't entirely needed but was still a good read.

The beauty of this concept is that every single day is satisfying to read. So just six days? Perfect. I love this is so many ways. Six little vignettes say so much about who this person is.

I feel like these chapters were cut from an earlier draft of the books. The last one could be the first chapter of Every Day.

See this little novella right here? This is EVERYTHING that [b: Every Day|13262783|Every Day (Every Day, #1)|David Levithan|https://images.gr-assets.com/books/1356993940s/13262783.jpg|18464379] was supposed to be, but wasn't.
So many of the questions I had about A's body/soul jumping got talked about in these six short stories. What happens when they land in a body on someone's birthday? What happens when they end up with abusive parents? What adjustments have to be made then?
These stories are real, and are beautiful, and are everything I wanted in the original story, and this makes me CRAZED. Like, I can't even enjoy how great this was, because I want THIS BOOK. Not the one I read.
And I will not be reading the other book in this series, from Rhiannon's perspective, because WHO THE FUCK CARES. Really, why do we care? Does SHE do body/soul jumping? NOPE. SHE IS A USELESS DISTRACTION FROM A COOL STORY, WHO CARES.
Man, I have such attitude about this. SUCH A WASTE.

I liked it! I recommend reading it before the actual book just so that you can read it I guess. There's no spoilers, and the things that were in this novella weren't even mentioned in the book. I of course always want to know what's going on, and what happens next. Some of these stories were kind of sweet and sad and I wanted to know what happened next. But of course I can't know, because every day is different.

Wonderful addition to the original novel. I could read about A's different days forever. In typical Levithan tradition this featured a lesbian couple, too :)

This was really good. It shows A in some earlier days, when he was 7, 16, ect. Those are the two days I remember most. The last day in this almost made me cry, it was so adorable. If you love Every Day, you HAVE to read this too.
