I love mmm+ and polyamory, and this book kept being recommended so I finally gave it a shot. I liked it well enough. It had a little Daddy/boy, a little discipline, some hot sexy times. But the writing felt a little disjointed. It was darkish but not really at the same time; like it was trying to be dark, but missed the mark. I love needy bottoms, and possessive tops, but I'm not sure that's enough to keep me reading this series.

Clover was held in a room away from the world until he heard bullets, hoping that his kidnapper was dead and followed up hope that it wasn't the person that was interested in him come to claim him. When the leader comes to his room, Clover tried to play off his youthful looks.
The team took the him to out of the way ranch home. Thinking on his feet he makes an offer to the leader Tank.  When Tank doesn't fall for his tricks his makes his own offer, plus bringing him nake in front of the team. Now just to get the team to agree to the plan of getting him to New York with safe passage. Being shared by three was a thrilling experience that Clover came to love now if he could just Drake to join the fun. Weeks had past when Drake finally broke giving into the temptation that was Clover. With the the time spent together can Clover learn to trust the four mercenaries with his past and future not just his life? When Clover gets snatched again can his guys save him in time before it's to late? Or will this be the breaking point again for Clover to run and hide with only himself to worry about?
This was a great book filled with steamy scenes of bondage and groups. A thrilling read of villains and unlikely hero's.

I am willing to give it another try later
So I may come back or shit like that

Edit: I actually came back and shit like that but this is one of those books that have no point. The smut was smutting but outside that, the foundation and development of the plot was Flat, lowkey very cringy and honestly Since this one doesn’t even end on a cliffhanger, nothing makes me want to pick up the next one.

It’s INTERESTING I guess..

This was interesting. It kept my interest and I was curious how they would stop the people threatening Clover. Mostly, I came for the smut and this book delivered. Clover was fun, but there wasn't much depth to him. Tank was the same. Pyro was exciting, but also red flags, right? Sweet Boar was perfection. Drake was even more perfection. His backstory and the way he fell for Clover was so sweet. Overall, I like all the men and this was a fun read.
