WE'RE REALLY IN IT NOW, LADS.

Jenna Zan Arbor is BACK, which is good, because otherwise I was beginning to worry that all scientists in the Star Wars universe are evil. That's still a possibility, since Granta Omega was a scientist too.

Anyway, she drugs Anakin with a drug that induces peaceful contentment. When it wears off, it makes him realize how much his emotions normally torment him. There's this point where he cries and begs Obi-Wan to take his power away from him. It made me SO sad.

Also, Obi-Wan falls into a nest of gundarks. Really makes you think, doesn't it.

The mission for this book felt very rushed and just served the purpose of showing us Anakin and Obi-Wans relationship while re-introducing a villain from the first series.

They randomly tell us a member of the Jedi Council, Yarael Poof, died, but they give us absolutely no information regarding it.

The emotional backlash a children's book will give you between "The hook in his heart seared him, and he knew its name. It was love.", "Why would he want to feel again, when feeling hurt so much?", "Take it from me. Please, Master", and "I would bear your burdens for you if I could" is neck-breaking.
Thank you, Jude Watson.

I liked this one pretty well, but not quite as much as the previous one. Ugh, Jenna Zan Arbor...

Again, another mission that doesn't go as planned. Whodathunk?

Poor Anakin Skywalker is taken prisioner, and mentally fights off the invasion of his mind...or was he able to fight it off? Hmmm?

Obi-Wan Kenobi is separated (again) from his padawan, but is able to get back to him. Was he too late?

Who did this thing to Ani?

This was fast paced and a enjoyable read.

Looking forward to reading the next one.
