The author has been interviewed on a few of my favorite podcasts so I wanted to read more. Much of the book resonated with me and many of the parts I did not relate to. Basically what will we do for the second half of our life and should we make this second chapter decisions based on what has worked for others and what does research show we should do?
Interesting to think about our professional half-life…
Develop your relationship s
Start your spiritual journey
Embrace your weaknesses
Get on your second curve
Couldn’t help but think of my dad- who at age 50 StArTEd a PHD in Math!! Igh! That had to be tough!

I listened to this with my DH and we both took away something of value. For that, I think that it is worthwhile. At the same time, as I almost always feel about non-fiction, there is a lot of repetition. I guess that is helpful for some people, but I would usually be happier with a summary. I have recommended this book to many people, and I do think that it is a helpful text for people of a certain age. Last book completed in 2022.

Use things, love people, worship the divine
I liked this quite a bit - I probably should re-read this regularly as I find my next curve
