Is there a storyline with an Al I do not like? (Big Al from Walking with dinosaurs, Al from the Hollows)

The poor man is cursed two times over and still finds the time to adopt a battle seer and a hobgoblin.

They need to find a culprit and/or organisation who might hypothetically deal in experiments on the fae.

Atticus and Oberon get a mention and a chapter * happy tears *

It's full of laughs and fun Scottish brawl.

This was quite a lot of fun. I did not realize it was by the same author as “Kill the Farm Boy” until I got to the about the author at the end, but I found the writing style quite different. I enjoyed the magic system, I enjoyed the characters (especially Nadia and Buck Foi), and I look forward to the next book.

I really like the inclusion of Irish mythology. I think this series is funny and enjoyed a book about an older character.

Conflicted on this one! The premise was great and I love the blend of real world and magic that this achieves. The humor was a bit over powering at times. I think it actively took away from the stories at times.

Is it still entertaining? Yes. Will I continue? Yes.

Just know you’re getting into some very juvenile humor with this!
