More fighting. I struggled a little bit more with this one. This fight and arc climax is starting to go stale. The fighting largely felt like two little kids shouting random nonsense phrases at each other while trying to poorly describe the power of their attack. It just didn't work as well here for me. However, I am still enjoying this overall, I am just needing resolution for this fight and arc.

➽ Volume 43 has a lot of epic fight scenes! Nami is facing off against Kalifa and I loved seeing how she utilized her Clima Tact to find a weakness in her new powers. She can turn into soap bubbles that wash everything off, which might sound silly but it also works on powers! Nevertheless, Nami isn't giving up and I loved how she held her own against a powerful CP9 agent! Elsewhere, Zoro and Usopp are finally freed from their handcuffs and Zoro is taking on Kaku. I love how we see everyone taking their skills to the next level as Zoro shows off his new technique the Nine Sword Style that makes him look like a mythical demon!
➽ Sanji's also back in the game and I loved how he reassured Usopp that his skills are needed. Usopp has never been a big fighter, but his sharpshooting skills are second to none and they need them in order to rescue Robin. Scenes like these are why I love Sanji as he knows how other people work and what they need to hear! He also ends up facing off against Jabra, who has eaten the Wolf Zoan fruit. His passion for saving his friends makes him invent a new technique called Diable Jambe that literally lights his foot on fire!

So this volume was mostly just the gang fighting against the members of CP9, and slowly getting the keys to Robin's handcuffs. It's gets to be a bit much for me personally, because it just goes on and on and on. The CP9 boss is out of his mind, if he'd had any powers or fighting skills he might've been an Enel 2.0.
That ending was superb though! I love Usopp getting his time to shine, and succeed. And I say that as a person that isn't really that big a fan of him. But that sniper stuff was pretty cool to be honest.
