Well. This book was better than the first in that maybe half the book was a story, the other half sex scenes...unlike the first book. If I had realized this was pretty much straight erotica instead of erotic romance,I probably wouldn't have read it. The only reason I finished either book is because we got little snippets of Lucien & Sophie that I liked enough to want to know more. But we never really got more. There just wasnt much of an actual story, and what was there was predictable & overly explained yet never really went anywhere. I didn't hate it...but I definitely didn't love it.

I enjoyed this more than the last mainly because I finally got the connection & chemistry bewteen the characters that I felt was missing in the first book.

And I have to commend the author for keeping the sex scenes fresh. I've noticed in other books authors run out of ideas and things can become repetitive so I appreciate the author really putting some thought into it.

I know this is pretty trivial but where were Sophie's parent during the trauma if her separation from Dan??? Not even a phone call from her mum to see how she's doing??? I know it's a small detail but it just really bothered me.....I'm odd like that :)

Enjoyable is the perfect word to describe this Knight sequel. This sensual romance aims to solidify the love story, and does so with a little tug and shove, a bit of denial, and eventually...acceptance.

KF shows character development that is engaging and convincing. Lucien, the Viking-like hero, is an erotic treat to tremble for. He's also frustrating and stubborn. You'll love watching him ripen into a man worthy of Sophie.

What I love most about this book is Sophie and her lady balls. She's not afraid to fight. She doesn't run away. She knows what she wants and screw the risk to her heart. No one puts Sophie in the corner. She's really grown into her skin.

In summary, this is a simple, formulaic love story. While that may not stand the test of time, it makes an enjoyable, rainy day read.

I got the honor, privilege, distinction, to read this series for the blog tour and I am so happy I was able to because I seriously want to start an I EFFING LOVE LUCIEN KNIGHT fan club...
Oh, that man just did incredible things to my heart, mind, body...vagina

I am not going to go into too much detail about this series because I do not want to spoil anything for anyone who has not read the series yet. But I will say the first two books are about Lucien and Sophie, their dynamic, how they meet and the oh so delicious things they do to one another. Now I will have to warn anyone who does not like the subject of cheating, there is cheating in here BUT and this is a big BUT it is "understandable". What I mean by this, is you get why everything is happening the way it is and why the two MC are acting like they are. The cheating is only in the first installment and once you get to the second, you will not even care.

I am not kidding... Kitty French makes you forget that you have a conscience and makes it so damn hot that you are just sitting back and enjoying the whole ride and not giving two fucks if its "taboo" or not "right"...

I loved this whole series.
Even the third book, with four different main characters, that was probably my favorite of the entire series. I loved the first two but the third book just had a little something extra, by the name of Dylan Day! I still love Lucien but Dylan....Dylan gets a very close second in my spank bank... He was one hot mofo ;)...

Usually, when I get to the third book in a series, I am over the whole thing. I saw the characters fall in love, saw them beat the obstacles so what could the third book possibly give me that I have not already experienced? Well, this series throws in another relationship all while giving us more of the first two characters!! She doesn't make the third book completely about Lucien and Sophie but still has them there in the background so we don't miss them too much, all while completing everyone's stories. I thought that was genius!!

The writing and story telling was incredible... I felt like I was getting lost in their worlds and of course the hubs got more action because the book made extremely horny... Like WHOA... Im surprised I am not knocked up with Lucien's book baby!! And it doesn't hurt that he had an empire of SEX TOYS.. I mean could he be any more perfect???

The relationships are not rushed they are slow, sensual, and Kitty makes you fall in love with them before the characters fall in love with each other. The Smut is HOT (if you haven't figured that out by now). And the author doesn't leave anything open, all of their stories are complete.

Overall I give this series a "4.5/5 LUCIEN KNIGHT IS ONE HOT PIECE OF ASS Stars" and I can't wait to read more from Kitty French!!

Following on from the end of book 2 Lucien's intrusion into Sophie's life has caused ripples which spread further than just those two.
Sophie's husband has been kicked to the curb, his cheating ways totally out in the open. Sophie hasn't been back to her PA job since the night Lucien barged in and 'dealt with' the situation in a way only he could.

Why has he done this if he is adamant he wants nothing from Sophie, and gives her nothing back, apart from bringing out her inhibitions?

Trying to move on Sophie goes back to her old job, but immediately leaves and returns to Lucien's office. New rules come with her though, as she demands that Lucien treats her as only a PA, nothing more. No flirting, no innuendos, nothing.

Regardless of the fact she has dictated the rules this time around, can Sophie truly stick to them? Or will she be drawn back into his world, under his spell once again?

I absolutely loved this book. I loved the way it flowed, everything happening at just the right moment. The ending is perfect, and certainly didn't give me any clues as to where the story could go from here. Straight onto part 3!

What a great follow up to [Book: Knight & Play].

Lucien has helped Sophie heal and grow into a confident woman, now it's her turn to mend Lucien's hang-ups.

I love how their relationship has developed, and ended up buying the next one.
