We pick up in Finding Nirvana right where we left off just after the bombs went off at the clubhouse and then the sniper fire. We find out pretty early on who has died, and who is alive. We find out more interesting news about Maddie. What is the news? We get a better look at who Joel is in this book. We also get a better look at Sascha. This book has a lot of things going on in it. It was a really fun read for me. We find out the backstory for Sascha, who she is, who her parents are, who is the father of her daughter. We see why she has the hatred of MCs that she has and who is behind all of that. Her life is nothing but a series of twists and turns. Then Joel, well, let's just say the truth comes out! Talk about a book full of drama. It was fun to read. Enjoy it! I'm not going to tell you anything that happens!

I'm usually pretty good at expressing my feelings about a book, but I seem to be finding it hard as hell to write down my disappointment about the ending of this series.
It's like when u have a big fat bar of dairy milk and ur watching a film, ur just breaking pieces off, so entranced with the movie that u go to get another piece, and it's fukin gone.
Now u know u dint eat all of it! No way was that a full bar. Chances are the other half snuck some away while u wernt watching cuz u just don't feel full enough.
Well.....
Kylie Hillman snuck away half the God damn book. What we're left with is chunks of the book missing and me feeling pretty hollow and very empty and unfilled.
It ended while still in the middle of a war!!!!!
This book is more a novella than a full novel and doesn't take us anywhere.
I don't understand what went wrong or why it was published.
Disappointing for sure

I really wish i could give this book more than a 5 Hashtags rating but i can't. I cried at the start, in the middle, and the end of this book. Probably in between that also. I just knew Kylie Hillman was going to go out with a bang when it came to the Black Shamrocks MC. And boy what a bang. So if you haven't read the other Black Shamrocks books please stop and go read them, you won't be disappointed.
This book is about Joel O’Brien, he was his family's voice of reason, the “quiet one”. He was the man they went to for wisdom. But nowadays he hears the whispers they say about him, that he is the “crippled one”. He now wallows in self-pity refusing to get help. He refuses to find a way to deal with his injuries he sustained from the Mavericks, a rival club that wanted a war with the Black Shamrocks MC.
Sascha Koswalski is a single mom with a dark secret of her own. She also happens to be the light of her family's life. She is a Physiological therapist. And she uses her happiness to help loosen the pain of her patients. She has yet to meet a patient that she couldn't help. Until Joel comes into her clinic.
Sascha is instantly attracted to Joel but his current nature keeps her away. Unable to help him and break through his protective shell she is ready to give up on him until his old side starts to come out.
This book picks up where the last book ends. I just can't believe this book is done. I loved Joel, my heart went out to him. I wanted to give him a hug and beat the crap out of everyone who talked bad about him. I was overjoyed that Sascha needed to be saved. I'm just saying she needed that push to force them to be in each other's lives. This book made me violent. I wanted to take out all the Mavericks myself. They hurt my people. Now Sascha is she is bright and bubbly and i loved her instantly. I loved how her disposition helped break down the walls of her patients. I love how she is a strong woman who just so happens to an even strong single mother.
You knew that Kylie Hillman would end this series on a bang but dang it's the most epic way to end a series. Not only are all my questions answered but her writing send me on an emotional ride that takes me days to get off of. All the twists and turns and the drama and the hardcoreness of this MC is the most epic ever. I love how she makes sure the back story and main storyline stay the same throughout all the books. Kylie Hillman this series should totally be a tv show. You could give Kurt Sutter a run for his money.
