Didn’t care about any of the characters or find myself wanting to pick this up.

Different from her other thrillers, but I couldn't put it down. My favorite author.

I weirdly enjoyed this — I love a locked mystery thriller that is set in the backdrop of a reality show. I will say that the plot is a little bit predictable and I saw all the "twists" coming from a mile away but all in all, I definitely had a fun time. Side note but the isolated villa setting gave me war flashbacks to Miraval with PwC and IYKYK.

3.5 rounded up to 4 stars...
This was fast and fun, a good idea and executed fairly well. The ending seemed rather rushed, but I think that seems to always happen in these kinds of stories; I was satisfied, but it still seemed too hurried. There were a few things I figured out, but a few things I didn't which always helps make things more interesting; I love a good "A-HA" moment. I am interested in more from this author, she has a good style and some great ideas, fingers crossed she can stick the landing better in other books.
