Was I hoping for a Jacks cameo? Sure. But honestly, what I got was better
The artwork, the characters, Legend being Legend, everything!
Truly just threw me right back into the world of Caraval, and I remembered exactly why I loved the original series in the first place
Also I feel like this was hinting at something, which I really hope we get the chance to read in the future
For a cute little novella, I have to say I really enjoyed it, and it left me with the urge to re-read the whole series!
