This story of Crow and Birdie starts with Logan "Crow" just getting released from prison and a chance encounter with Bridget "Birdie" and her daughter Mia. What happens when two broken souls meet and try to pick up the pieces at a chance for a happy life. This is a cute story that is a quick read. Even though it is part of a series it is a standalone read.

This is the third book in the series and it's now my favorite. Crow and Birdie are two broken souls that fate has brought together. Crow has paid his debt to society now he's getting a fresh start. It made my heart happy to see his band of brothers there for him. He's gonna need the support. Birdie and her little girl Mia stole my heart. Life keeps knocking them down, but this time fate has brought Crow into their lives. Crow, Birdie, and Mia are so adorable together. The way Crow jokes with Mia warms my heart. This book shows the true Crow to the world. Birdie deserves all the happiness and what she finds is beautiful. Crow, Birdie, and Mia had me gobbling up the pages. I also loved catching up with the previous couples and seeing them enjoying their HEAs. Mia and Zoey together was so precious. It was one of my favorite parts of the book! I would highly recommend this one. It brings the feels and emotions!

I love when two broken people find healing in each other and Crow and Birdie are the perfect example!
They both have lived a difficult life, in very different ways. Crow is just getting out of jail and isn't sure who is he anymore. Birdie is a single mom who has no one to help as she struggles both financially and medically. Her worst day turns out to be his best! We find that Crow is an amazing man with a loving heart. He's great with Birdie's daughter, Mia, who is just a sweetheart. It takes Birdie some time to get used to having people in her life who just want to help and be there. She's so strong and sweet. I have to say, I love the migraine part of her story. I suffer from them and Chelle Bliss did a great job portraying how debilitating they can be.
We get to see characters from the first two books and it's perfect! I absolutely fell in love with Crow right away! With his and Birdie's relationship too. They fit and heal one another in the best ways.
I received an ARC for an honest review.

Love this author!!!!
Logan "Crow" Taylor just got out of jail. His biker buddies are the only ones that are there for him. Bridget is trying to keep things a float after her mom's passing.
Things happen that bring these two together and when two broke people come together, it is beautiful!

Chelle Bliss is an author I've grown to love. She is becoming an instant buy author for me.
Bliss has crafted yet another beautiful, romantic story with Broken Wings!
This is part of a series but can be read as a standalone.
This book will tug on your heartstrings. This is a story about how one chance encounter brings together two broken souls. Logan "Crow" has just been released from prison and it trying to find himself and his purpose again. Bridget "Birdie" is a struggling single mom whose also dealing with a medical condition. When Crow and Birdie meet there's an instant connection. They may be opposites but they are both going through the same journey. When Birdie and her daughter are put in harms way, Crow decides to protect them. He was so swoon worthy and such a wonderful protective hero! I absolutely adored Crow. Birdie was such an inspiration. She never gave up.
This is a beautiful story between two broken souls trying to become whole again. Bliss does a marvelous job creating the romance between these two. It felt genuine and realistic. It was emotional, romantic and even had humor! The pacing was perfect and made the story easy to read.
I would recommend this for readers who like friends to lovers, opposites attract, humor, single mom/single parent romance, protective hero, MC romance, and emotional reads.

What an absolutely emotional book this was.
From the first couple of paragraphs I was already crying.
Logan Taylor was in the wrong place at the wrong time.
While the two hipsters he was defending might not think so. The law thought otherwise.
What was done to him broke my heart and shattered my soul.
"Some of the best people I know have the worst luck. And some of the worst people look like heroes on paper."
He wasn’t trying to be a hero. He was trying to do the right thing. But neither luck nor the law were on his side. They broke him.
I absolutely loved Logan aka Crow. He’s a good decent man. With principals, morals and integrity.
Bridget is an amazing woman. Hard worker, great mom and a nice person.
She has had an easy childhood. She had the love of her mom. But never knew her father.
But she too didn’t have luck on her side.
A series of unfortunate events leads to her losing her job and dealing with declining health issues.
Her sweet seven year old girl Mia needs help when her mom tumbles down the stairs.
That help comes in the form of Crow.
These two broken people try to find faith in the world. Try to find confidence in themselves.
And try to learn to trust in life and trust themselves.
Broken people and kindred spirits found each other and will learn together.
“Two imperfect halves make a pretty great whole.”
That fits Crow and Birdie perfectly.
I felt their connection immediately. Something in both of them just drew them together.
It just wasn’t reading words off pages but actually feeling them.
I also loved the sense of family and friends in this book.
How they rally around those they love and care about.
How they lead a hand to each other.
They may not be family by blood but they are a true and real family in every other sense of the word.
Beautiful love story with all the feels. That by the end healed my heart and soul.
By far my favorite of the Open Roads books.

My favorite love story in this series, so far!!
I LOVED THIS ONE!!!
Crow (Logan) and Birdie are such an amazing couple! Their chemistry is off the charts, but more than that they are so good for each other. Birdie and her health issues and chronic migraines, is trying to make ends meet and keep her daughter healthy and happy. Then one day with a bad migraine and aura, she gets dizzy, trips on some torn carpet and hits her head knocking her unconscious. Crow is out for a run, just out of prison and trying to find a way to get his life together, when he runs by hearing a little girl screaming for help. Torn between not wanting to do anything that could end up in trouble and also needing to help this little girl…he runs back to help. Little does he know that this is the beginning of a life he never imagined he could have!
The perfection of these characters growth and falling for each other is outstanding!! I loved this story!!
A question though, after reading Leo and Lia’s story, the author had a short addition to their story to download. Reading about Lia having a baby girl named Agatha (Aggie) Grace was beautiful. But in this story it mentions Lia’s having a baby boy named Ryder. Now I’m wondering if there is two kids or what? It wasn’t said to be her second child.
Oh well, either way I loved this!!!

Birdie and Crow were a sweet couple, both broken in their own ways trying to survive. They found each other at the perfect time. Birdie's daughter Mia was the other perfect addition to this little family as she brought additional sweetness to the story. I loved seeing the previous couples too.
