This story was okay, but not great. The story was interesting, but the dialogue was incredibly cheesy at times and the story felt dragged out.

I love the idea of this series and where it is going. I think it has a great foundation for the rest of the series. The characters are really well throughout. It's an emotional romance that grasped my attention from the start and the characters are fun and witty with the sassy heroine and the cocky hero.

Just like almost every other reviewer on here, I originally read this story on Wattpad.com and was extremely excited to read the new and improved published version. I am glad to say I was not disappointed.

This version is so much better! I fell in love with Annaton all over again. Their interactions felt genuine, and the tension was stellar. The snippets into Anna's time with Carter were terrifying; I only wish she could have more good memories with Jack, but it is understandable why she didn't.

There were a few typos throughout the story, but they didn't distract me too much.

I cannot wait to read Enjoying The Chase! Good job, Kirsty!

I will not lie and say it's the best book I have ever read, it's not. But I found this book on Wattpad and it was one of my favorites. Not because of the writing that's for sure. It was the fact that it simply made me laugh, and I mean that in a great way. It's super cliche and horrendously cheesy, but sometimes that's all you need.

I loved it!!!!!! I've never read a book more than once. Like NEVERR. Like EVERRR! But this book is an exception. I read it 3 times and cried my eye sockets dry Every. Single. Time. And I could read it a couple more times, without getting bored!

I've developed this huge crush on Ashton Taylor! GOD!! He's so fuckin' PERFECT!! Though, I found Anna a bit selfish and had been a COMPLETE bitch sometimes, but I admire her strength and her caring attitude. I also found Carter a really powerful character. The PERFECT, CRUEL villain.

I LOVED the plot and I LOVED the chemistry between Annaton!
I cried my heart out when Dean died. THIS novel is at the TOP of my list!

I sooooooooooo wish Ashton Taylor was a real man instead of just being a fictional character!! Why Why WHYYYYYYYYYY ain't he REALLLLL??!!!!

This book taught me that love founds you even in the most hopeless situations and true love is the second name of sacrifice and selflessness. If this book is EVERR made into a movie, it is going to be a SUPER hit!
Ps, I so want to see who'll be cast as Agent Taylor ;) BUT I also DO NOT want the movie-makers to ruin this master piece!

omg i loved it. It was a long read but still amazing. the only thing that may need some improvement would be the length, i just wish that it was a little shorter, maybe a little less of the detail and extra words that didn't need to be in there, and make the font bigger so its not like reading the bible, with a thousand tiny words on each page.

Anna is broken, after a horrific experience on her 16th birthday that continued for 10 months and haunted her years after Anna was not expecting the charm of her new near guard and undercover boyfriend, Ashton Taylor.
Aston graduated top of his class in law enforcement with dreams of being part of the SWAT team. Imagine his disappointment when his first case assigned to him is to babysit a bitchy collage student.

Neither of these two could have foreseen the effect they had on each other, nor the events of their future together. What will happen after Ashton's 8 months of babysitting are up? Will Anna's past come back to haunt her? will Anna even open up to Ashton?

I loved this book - i wasn't even unset with all the emotions and depression that Anna faced throughout the book because it was understandable and just made her seem even stronger because of her determination to get through life on such little hope.
I recommend this to romantics who also love a little action.

One of my favorite books. I never reread book but I’ve reread this once three times. It’s just good. Emotional. You get attached to the characters. They all have their own personality. The plot is solid, the romance is PHEWWWW, Ashton is my favorite book boyfriend from any book I’ve ever read before. He’s just so damn perfect. The ending is just immaculate….. I read it for the first time in 2013 on Wattpad and it’s 10 years later and I still love this book. Go read it you won’t be disappointed.

Alright. Not bad, not bad. Takes me back to the glorious days of me as a teen reading Wattpad masterpieces. I am not certain why, but this books gives off that vibe. I have not read quite about Anna's experiences and I was hooked from the very start and how utterly devastating it was. Anna and Ashton are quite the couple. Very dark themes right at the beginning of this book, however, I loved how the plot developed.
