Oh boy, this was over-the-top cheesiness. Moreso than the rest of the series I've read so far.

Nikki is just as vapid and shallow as Mackenzie, who she supposedly dispises (especially when she sashays! Hahaha)

nikki is such a pick me in this part and for what? calling her behavior a "mary sue blueprint" is too light of a critic from me. i honestly believe that there are kids on wattpad doing better than rachel writing this book, it' probably the worst part of all dork diaries mainly because it has no sense! even a 7 year old wouldn't enjoy this. hypocrisy at its finest form.
